You are programming yourself for failure if you say, “I was born a sinner, I live a sinner, and I’ll die a sinner.” Why? Because when temptation comes it’s hard to resist if you believe that being a sinner is just the way you are. The Bible says “consider yourself to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus”. Hold fast to the promise, “sin shall not be master over you”.
